  • 400 gramsPotatoes
  • 1Parsnip
  • 100 mlMilk
  • 10 gramsButter
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 dashGrounded nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and parsnip into cubes

  2. 2

    Boil them together in water for 15-18 minutes with a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Drain them and ash them together

  4. 4

    Add the preheated milk and mix them together with the butter and nutmeg
