  1. 15 ozpumpkin puree
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 tspvanilla extract
  5. 3/4 cupevaporated milk
  6. 33/50 cupflour
  7. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  10. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  11. 1 cupwhipping cream

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Grease or place cupcake liners in a 12 cup muffin tin.

    Mix pumpkin puree and sugar.

  5. 5

    Add eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk.

  6. 6

    Add all dry ingredients.

  7. 7

    Fill each cup with 1/3 cup of the mixture.

  8. 8

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Cool for 30 minutes.

  10. 10

    Add whip cream or store in fridge.
