Ingredients

  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 1/2 cupbutton mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 kgbacon, diced
  • 1 1/2 cupleeks, sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cupcapers
  • 1Maggi Chicken Broth Cube, dissolved in
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 1/2 can383g Nestle Cream
  • 150 gramsspaghetti, cooked
  • 1/3 cupwalnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and saute mushrooms just unyil slightly brown.

  2. 2

    Add bacon, leeks and capers. Pour in broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn off flame and stir in Nestle Cream.

  3. 3

    Toss in spaghetti and walnuts and serve with Parmesan cheese.
