Ingredients

  • 28 ozpurple splendour potatoes quartered
  • 2 lbwhite little potatoes quartered
  • 1 tsprosemary dried
  • 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 12 ozbacon
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1olive oil to cover potatoes
  • 1/2 stickmargarine cut into pats and put all over top
  • 1/2 tsplawry's seasoned salt
  • 1chives enough to cover top like a sprinkle
  • 1 1/2 cupvegetable broth

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 450°F Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    put potatoes in pan coat with olive oil add spices mix well

    add margarine then like a lattice add bacon across the top cook till potatoes are done

    pour vegetable broth over potatoes when halfway done

    sprinkle chives on top
