  2. 1 cupfrozen ocra
  3. 1 cancorn
  4. 1 cupbaby carrots
  5. 1 lbsmoked sausge
  6. 1 cupbarley
  7. 1 canpeas
  8. 3 potatos
  9. 1 cupcelery

Steps

5 hours
  1. 1

    two cups of water to crock pot

  2. 2

    a healthy amount of Tony Chacheners

  3. 3

    salt and pepper

  4. 4

    franks red hot sause

  5. 5

    chop all veggies and add to crock pot

  6. 6

    cook for 6 hours or longer til pork tenderloin is able to be shredded

  7. 7

    add 1 cup barley an hour before you serve

  8. 8

    add water if needed
