Ingredients

  • 1 can15 oz canned pumpkin solid
  • 1 can14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. 2

    Whisk ingredients in bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour into crust.

  4. 4

    Bake 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue baking 35-40 minutes.

  6. 6

    Cool completely and serve with cool whip.
