1Lime (the juice of)
1Sea salt & fresh cracked pepper
1 tspCurry
1 cloveGarlic

Melt the butter in a small sauce pan

Lightly sauté the garlic in the melted butter

Add white wine and cream
4

Add remaining ingredients and let simmer until sauce is is thickened

Serves well with chicken and meatier fish such as mahi mahi.
