16 ozQuality Brandy
7 cupboiling water

Put all items in a large sauce pan/ pot.

Bring to a slow boil

Turn off heat & let cool

Pour into a gal.. Ice cream bucket with a cover on

Place in freezer

After a couple days, pull it out and spoon out into a glass.
