Ingredients

1 cupSugar
1 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupShortening or Oil
2Eggs
1 tspVanilla
1 tspSoda
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupPeanut Butter
3 cupFlour

Steps

Mix all ingredients together except flour.

Slowly add 2-3 cups of flour and mix in thoroughly.

Shape into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet, and press each with fork criss-cross style.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
