Ingredients

  • 300 gramsspaghetti
  • 1grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sauce
  • 500 gramsbeef mince
  • 2 mediumonions, chopped
  • 2 clovegarlic, chopped
  • 15 mloil
  • 1 stickcelery, chopped
  • 50 mlchopped parsley
  • 1 cantomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1bay leaf
  • 10 mlsalt
  • 2 mlfreshly-ground black pepper
  • 250 mldry red wine
  • 1 smallcarrot, chopped

Steps

    Saute onions and garlic in heated oil.

  2. 2

    Add the carrot and celery and saute further.

  3. 3

    Now add the meat and brown lightly.

  4. 4

    Add all the remaining ingredients and simer until thick, about 40 minutes.

  5. 5

    In the meantime, cook the spaghetti.

  6. 6

    Drain thoroughly, pour half the sauce over and mix using two forks. Serve grated Parmesan cheese seperately.
