150 gramsmushrooms
3potatoes
50 gramscheese

preheat oven to gas mark 6

bat the chicken so its nice and flat
3

cook the potatoes and mash down, add a splash of cream the the grated cheese
4

saute the mushrooms in 25ml of white wine
5

add the mushrooms into the flat breast and add the cheesy mash

roll into a cylinder type shape

place onto baking paper and put in the over for around 30mins or until the chicken is cooked
