Ingredients

  1. 1breast Chicken breasts
  2. 3 tbspKatakuriko
  3. 1 tbsp☆Sugar
  4. 1 pinch☆Salt
  5. 1 tbsp☆Vinegar
  6. 1 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp☆Sake
  8. 3 tbsp☆Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the breast into bite size pieces.

  2. 2

    In a plastic bag, put in the breast meat slices and the katakuriko and mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix together all the ☆ ingredients

  4. 4

    Stir fry the meat in a pan coated with oil. Once it's starts to brown, use a paper towel to remove excess oil from the pan.

  5. 5

    Add in the sauce and mix until the chicken is coated. Stir fry until the sauce is almost gone and it's done!
