Ingredients

  • pancakes
  • 2 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • sauce
  • 1 cuphoney
  • 1/2 cupOrange juice
  • addition
  • 1I added chocolate sauce too to my pan cakes :-)

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    take a bowl mix all the ingredients together except butter

  2. 2

    rest for 5 min

  3. 3

    heat the pan and add little butter for frying the pan cakes

  4. 4

    pour the batter in medium size shape

  5. 5

    on medium heat fry each side for 2 or 3 min

  6. 6

    now serve with honey orange sauce
