Yokohama Sanma-men Using Store-Bought Ramen

I learned about Sanma ramen after I moved to Yokohama. This ramen is famous enough that it is sold in convenience stores in Yokohama. It is a delicious ramen with lots of veggies and a thick sauce.
Add lots of veggie scraps (definitely lots of bean sprouts). This time I used Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and green beans. Make sure to thicken the sauce well!! For 1 serving. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki

Steps
- 1
Cut the veggies and pork into easy-to-eat portions, and stir fry in vegetable oil. Add 150 ml hot water and ☆, bring to a boil, and thicken well with water-dissolved katakuriko.
- 2
Prep the ramen (it's good to dilute the soup packet). Place into a bowl, and top with Step 1. Top with white pepper as you like and enjoy.
