Preheat oven to 350

Mix ricotta, Romano cheese, and egg

Place layer of sauce in bottom of dish and cover with noodles

Spread layer of cheese mix over noodles. Then place slices of fresh mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan
- 5
Cover with another layer of sauce and continue layering in that order. Finish with a layer of sauce and cheese.

Cover with aluminum and cook for 1 hour
