1. On a plate mix the soy sauce, vinegar, blended garlic &ginger plus the salt to desired taste.

De froze the fillet and slice into desired long strips.

Soak it in the mixture 1 above to marinate.

On a plate place the wheat flour, and on a separate bowl beat the 2 eggs. On a separate surface grid the cornflakes to make crumbs....you can use a rolling pin

Dust the already marinated strips with flour as you roll to make the take the shape of fingers

Coat with the eggs, then cover them with the breadcrumbs

Deep fry them in the already preheated oil until they golden and cruncy

Served hot....enjoy! !
