1 cupbread crumbs
1 1/3 cupparmesan
1/4 cupflour
1 tspsalt
1other seasoning as desired
1Mozz cut into sticks
2eggs, beaten
1 tbspmilk
1 1/2 cupolive oil
1marinara sauce

Whisk eggs and milk

mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasoning

dip mozz sticks in flour, then egg, then roll in breadcrumb mix
4

heat oil in skillet and cook sticks about a minut on each side

drain on paper towels

serve with sauce
