2 tbspSugar
1/2 tspMixed Spice
2 tbspVinegar
1 cupWater
1Salt and Pepper
1/2 tspGround Ginger
1/2 tspCurry Powder
2 tbspTomato Sauce
1Chopped Onion
500 gramsLamb Chops

Trim chops and place in a greased casserole dish.

Mix all other ingredients and pour over chops.

Bake 2 hours in a slow oven.
