Cook pork, drain. In same skillet, sauté cabbage, celery and onions in 3 T. Oil until tender. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sugar. Add pork back into the pan and fry 4 mins. Roll in wrappers and fry.
Sweet & Sour Sauce
Combine 1 c. Sugar, 2 T. Cornstarch, and 1 t. Seasoned salt in saucepan. Add 1/2 c. White vinegar, 1/2 c. Water, 1 T. Maraschino cherry juice and 1 1 t. Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil then cook 2 mins. Until thick.
