  • 1 bunchspinach.. About 5-6 leaves
  • Coconut milk/cream
  • Diced onion
  • 1tomato
  • Salt
  • Tomato paste

Steps

5-7 mins
  1. 1

    Cut your spinach into tiny pieces

  2. 2

    Saute your onions,tomato,and tomato paste. Add some salt.

  3. 3

    Add your coconut milk about 1/3 a cup and let it simmer for a while

    Add in your spinach, stir and let it cook in low heat for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Serve as a side dish
