Ingredients

10 mins
  • 1Lean pocket (I used ham & cheese, but pick any flavor you'd like)
  • 4eggs
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1vegetable oil

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    warm up your frozen lean pocket for 1 minute in the microwave. Let cool for a minute or two

  2. 2

    Slice up your pocket! I like to make 1 cut long ways, then chop up the long slices into small chunks.

  3. 3

    warm up your oil in a frying pan.

  4. 4

    add your 4 eggs and milk to oil, scramble up.

  5. 5

    while your eggs are still runny, toss in your pocket chunks.

  6. 6

    add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    cook your scramble to your liking.... TADA!!! It's that simple! And plenty to share with the spouce and kids! :-)
