Everyday oily food not good for health. So try no oil kadhi

Take a bowl, put curd in it. Add 3 cup water in it. Mix well

Add gram flour in it, again mix well. Check no lumps in liquid

Put kadhai on gas. Add oil in it. When heat add methi seeds, badi illachi and hing in it. When it golden brown add onion in it

When onion comes golden add prepared curd in it. add turmeric in it.

Stir continuously on high flame for 5 minutes. After that do low flame. Stir after 2 or 3min.

Add green chilli, dry kasuri methi, salt. And stir

Kadhi take 45 minutes. In between stir 2 or 3 min or some time continuously.

Kadhi is ready. Not spicy, but when you make Ike this yummy taste comes😋
