  • 2onions
  • 2 tspGarlic
  • Ginger powder
  • 1/2Green bell pepper/capsicum
  • Fish masala/curry powder
  • Fried tilapia 2 medium sized
  • 11/2 cupsGreens of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions,garlic and green pepper until soft

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and curry/fish masala and salt
