Ingredients

  1. 2 packages (8 ounce)Cream Cheese
  2. 1/4 cupcrushed pineapple
  3. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  4. 1/4 cupchopped bell pepper
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 2 cupchopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whip cream cheese.

  2. 2

    Add drained pineapple, bell pepper, onion and salt. Mix together well.

  3. 3

    Add pecans and roll into balls.

  4. 4

    Wrap in aluminum foil and chill over night.
