Peel & cut the potatoes into chips/fries & soak them in cold water for about 2 hours to remove the starch.

Dry them & spray the 1 cal extra virgin olive oil on them to coat them all.

Put into the air fryer basket at 180° for 12 minutes shake then put down to 140 ° for 10 minutes & serve.
