Preheat the oven to 400.

Mix dry ingredients well and stir in water and olive oil with pastry blender. Mix until as oft non-sticky dough forms.

Divide dough in half and roll out each half thinly on two greased cookie sheets. Once dough is spread thin, use a dough cutter, knife, or pizza cutter to cut dough into squares.

Brush lightly with an egg wash or spray lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle the top with your favourite toppings (some examples: Parmesan cheese, cracked pepper and sea salt, Italian herbs and garlic salt).

Bake for 10-12 minutes until crackers are golden and crispy.
