Cooking Instructions

First, Add your dry ingredients in a quart sized mixing bowl. Add in this order to keep your levening agent and reactor separate. Salt, Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon. Leave these ingredients layered until everything is in the bowl.

Next add your liquids. Oil, Milk and Whiskey last. We chose Knob Creek Smoked Maple Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Mix ingredients together with a fork, gently to leave the lumps.

Cook pancakes as you would any recipe, watching for the bubbles to form on the surface, signaling the flip time.
