  1. 200 gmblack chickpeas
  2. 150 gmsour curd
  3. 50 gmchickpea flour
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4 teaspoonRoasted cumin seeds powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonRed pepper powder
  7. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  8. 1 pinchasoefodia

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak chickpeas overnight

    Boil adding half of the salt and a glass of water

    Now take curd in a bowl

    Add chickpea flour and all the spices in it

    Mix well

    Put a vok on slow flame adding curd mixture

    After a boil add boiled chickpeas in it

    Keep stirring for 3..4 minutes

    Serve hot with chapati garnish with fresh coriander leaves
