2 cupswhite chana
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp Red chilli
1/2 tsp Haldi
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2Onion chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
4Tomatoes Chopped

Chana wash kar overnight ke liye soak kar le.

Cooker main chana all dry masala and onion,ginger,garlic,tomato dal ke water add kar boil ke liya
3

Chana smooth ho jaye toh thora sa chana ko mash ke mix ke diya.

Kulcha ke saath serve kiya.
