Qunioa ek healthy food hai. Weight loss ke liye bahut achha hai. Maine is recipe mein quinoa use kiya hai. Qunioa ki jagah aap boiled rice & boiled millet use kar sakte hain. Qunioa & millet ko rice ki tarah hi boil kiya jata hai but cooker ki jagah pan mein boil karna chahiye.
