Steps

Add besan,kasoori methi,red chilli powder,salt and chopped green chilli in a mixing bowl.add one oil make a dough,take rest for 1/2 hour.

Make rolls from the dough,and steamed it.

When cool it,cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a wok,add hing and cumin roasted it,add all spices and saute for 2 minutes.

Add water and take 3-4 boil.now add curd and cut gattas.

Garnish with green coriander leaves.
