Marinate chicken with curd and little salt for at least 1 hour.Mix 1 tbsp.oil, tandoori masala,ginger garlic paste, salt to taste,food colour, kasoori methi, red chilli powder and microwave high power for 10 mins. Toss and again 5 mins.Pour oil in a non stick pan or a tandoori plate, fry lightly the pieces.Add the left over masala and cook till masala coats chicken.Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala.Garnish with coriander leaves.
