Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspoil
  2. 1 tspcumin
  3. 1 tspchilli powder
  4. 1/2 tbspcoriander seed
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. dashwater
  8. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  9. 1/2 cupdiced capsicum
  10. 3/4 cupdiced tomato
  11. 1 cupdiced paneer
  12. to tastesalt
  13. 1 tbspkasoori meethi
  14. 1/2 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
  15. 1 cupflour
  16. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  17. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take 2 tbsp oil,1 tsp cumin,1/2 tbsp coriander seed,1/2 tsp turmeric,1 tsp red chilli powder,1 tbsp coriander powder,dash of water,1/2 cup diced onion,1/2 cup diced capsicum,3/4 cup diced tomato,mix all these well!
    then add 1 cup diced paneer,salt to taste,1 tbsp kasoori meethi..turn off the flame then add 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese and keep aside.

    For dough
    1 cup flour,add 1/2 cup wheat flour,add salt to taste and water as per required and make the dough..
    make chapatti.

    Then in dat chapatti put some mozzarella cheese and spread the above mixture,roll and roast on tava fr few mins!
