Ingredients

30mins
  1. 1/2 kgmeat
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Coriander
  6. 1 table spooncooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat, add onions, oil and pinch of salt stir the mixture till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and coriander and stir to mix everything

  3. 3

    Add 1cup of water and cover it with a lid let it cook for ten mins

  4. 4

    Serve when hot with chapati
