Decided one day I was going to attempt to make chicken noodle soup, complete with home made noodles. Turned out yo be the best thing I had ever made.

Decided one day I was going to attempt to make chicken noodle soup, complete with home made noodles. Turned out yo be the best thing I had ever made.

Cut up and brown chicken in large pot.

Add water(about half way fill the pot) and boullion to taste.

Add desired veggies

For the noodles

Combine egg yolks, whole egg, salt and water and beat together.

Add flour to mixture and combine all ingredients.

Roll dough to about 1/8" flat. Cut to desired length and width.

Add to boiling soup and cook until desired texture.
