Liver hotpot

This is a recipe that my nana had passed to her by her mother. Its possibly even older I suppose!
This is my favourite winter meal ever. The liver tends to fall apart and become more of the gravy than a meaty morsel. It can be quite salty depending on the bacon used so is perfect with crusty bread to soak up all the gravy! Everyone I've ever met who has tried this has suddenly realised how nice liver actually is. I love it!
