Ingredients

  • 1 lbfresh broccoli
  • 1 headcauliflower
  • 8 largemushrooms sliced
  • 3stalks celery sliced
  • 1 1/2 cupveg, oil
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 1 smallonion grated
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  • 2 tspdry mustard
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    combine vegetables in large bowl.

  2. 2

    combine remaining ingredients, stir well.

  3. 3

    add to vegetables, toss to coat

  4. 4

    cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours
