Steps

Sabhi vegetable mein salt and little water dal ke ar ek pan mein half cook (aadha pakane tak) boil karein fir vegetables ko strain kar le.

Ab ek bowl mein cooked vegetables and all Spices ke sath mix karke daugh bana le.

Daugh se lemon ke size ke gole banaye, golo ko hath se hatheli par rakh kar chapta kar le. (Gole banate time hath par chipake toh wheat flour ya basan ka use kar le)

Ek bade baratan mein water ko boil karein fir stainer mein muslin cloth bicha kar kofte rakh de. (Kofta should not touch each other)

Water boil hone ke baad stainer ko baratan mein rakh de aur lid laga kar 15 - 20 minutes tak steam hone de.

After 15 minutes knife se kofta ko check karein if not sticking mean kofta are cooked. Now kofta are ready.

Tomato puree mein cumin seeds and clove ko chadkar sabhi Spices ko dal kar rakhe ab Ek pan ko preheat karke roasted cumin seeds, clove dale fir tomato puree dal kar 2 minutes ke liye dak kar cook hone de.

Jab tomato pak jaye toh water mix karein boil hone par kofta dal kar 5 minutes tak low flame par boil hone de. (If require add more water)

Kofta is ready garnish with Paneer a the coriander leaves.
