2 clovesgarlic
1/2 cupwater
400 gcan chopped tomatoes
1/4 cuptomato sauce
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
2 tbssugar
2 tbsvinegar
1 tspTabasco sauce

In a pot over medium heat add oil and saute the onion and garlic until soft

Add all the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30minutes

Pour the tomato sauce and boerewors over the pap and serve
