It is very simple and healthy.
Steps

Wash 3 to 4 times and soak the rice for 10 minutes.

Drain the water put on cotton clothe nearly 20 to 30 minutes

Now grind it in mixige. Till the consistency should be like rice rava, keep it aside.

Next boil the water in big pan and add salt.

When it starts boil add rice rava.

Start stirring continuously using a flat spatula.

Stir continuously to avoid lamps in low flame.

When the spatula stands straight in dough switch of stove, the dough is soft.

Leave it nearly 5 minutes to little cool, now make the balls.

Before to cook in steaming way, roll it on the mixture of honey and grated coconut.

Let it be boil minimum 30 to 40 minutes,in idly vessel.

Check the cookness and serve in hot....kids like a lot it.
