Mince the garlic and chop the cucumber and mix along with all ingredients, plus salt and pepper to taste into yogurt. Chop into smaller pieces if you wish to use as dip or sauce. I tend to chop into larger pieces and eat as is instead of sweet yogurt.

Since there is no cooking required, this recipe is very customizable. I like garlic, and tend to add more.
