Mince garlic directly into oil in wok. Place wok on high heat

When oil is hot and garlic is golden, add onion and Chinese broccoli stems. Stir fry a couple minutes until charred

Add noodles, Chinese broccoli leaves and sauce. Fold gently to combine. Want leaves to just begin to wilt
