Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Knead then let rise until doubled. Once doubled, punch down and press into 2 9*13 pans and let rise til doubled again.

Dimple the dough on top with your fingers, brush with olive oil and coarse salt.

Preheat oven to 450' then turn down the heat until 375' and bake bread until browned, about 40 minutes.

Variations: Add sundried tomatoes, olives, onions, or jalapenos to the top or the dough.
