Grind your coffee beans and add to your cafetiere

Boil water to 95 C

Add the water and leave to brew for 4 minutes

Press down the cafetiere plunger and transfer immediately to a large glass jar (ideally seal-able)

Stir in the brown sugar and leave to cool in the fridge. Serve with ice and honey if desired.
