Ingredients

1 1/2 lbBaby potatoes, halved
1 lbChicken cutlets
1/2 tspSalt, divided
1 cupGreen beans
1 cupBasil leaves, sliced
2Scallions, thinly sliced
2 tbspMayo
1Lemon, zest and juice

Steps

Place potatoes in steamer basket set over boiling water. Cover and steam 10 min.

Preheat grill to med high. Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray. Sprinklr 1/4 tsp salt. Grill chicken about 3 min per side. Remove from grill and slice.

In lg bowl combine potatoes, chicken, beans, basil, scallions, mayo, zest, 1 tbs juice, and 1/4 tsp salt.
