Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the pulp and place in a bowl and mash the avocados with lime juice, and salt, till creamy and then mix in cilantro, jalapeno and onions. Taste and add more lime juice or salt as needed.

Serve with tortilla chips

To save put in a container with a tight fitting lid put avocado pits in and firmly press plastic wrap down on guacamole then put the lid on and refrigerate. The top layer may turn a dark green but that's ok.
