  • 1 1/2 lbRound Steak
  • 1 largeOnion
  • 2 canDiced Tomatoes (16oz)
  • 1 cupWater
  • 2 tbspWorcester Sauce
  • 1 tbspDry Mustard
  • 1/2 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 dashPaprika
  • 1 dashPepper
  • 1 mediumGreen Pepper
  • 2Garlic Cloves (crushed)

    Saute' Onions and Green Peppers

  2. 2

    Cut steak into pieces, dip into flour and brown in oil.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients together into Crock Pot and mix.

  4. 4

    Place steak into Crock pot and cover.

  5. 5

    Heat on high for 4 hours.
