2 tbspWorcester Sauce
1 tbspDry Mustard
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 dashPaprika
1 dashPepper
1 mediumGreen Pepper
2Garlic Cloves (crushed)

Saute' Onions and Green Peppers

Cut steak into pieces, dip into flour and brown in oil.

Add all ingredients together into Crock Pot and mix.

Place steak into Crock pot and cover.

Heat on high for 4 hours.
