  1. 1/2 tspextra-virgin olive oil
  2. 5 oztempeh
  3. 1 mediumred bell pepper, diced
  4. 1/4 mediummedium red onion, diced
  5. 1 tspdried thyme
  6. 1Sea salt and ground pepper (to taste; optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in medium skillet over medium low heat.

    Add tempeh, bell pepper, onion, and thyme; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender – crisp.

    Season with salt and pepper if desired; cook for one minute.
