Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 lbChicken
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspMilk
  • 3 ozCan French onions, crushed
  • 3/4 cupParmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupdry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter

    Rinse chicken and pat dry.

  2. 2

    beat together egg and milk, set aside

  3. 3

    In a dish combine crushed onions, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in dry ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish.

  5. 5

    Pour melted butter over chicken and bake for 50 mins at 350°F
