So simple to make. This was my first try and I’ll be doing it again.

Add all of your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Slowly add in your water and mix with your hands. Once you’ve cleaned the bowl and all dry mixture is now dough, splash on your olive oil and remove from the bowl onto a hard surface.

Pour a little oil onto your surface and knead the dough for 10 minutes until soft. Place back in the bowl, cover with a tea towel and allow to prove (double in size) for 40 minutes.

Remove the dough and place on a well floured surface. Knock the dough back (fold it into its self) removing the air. Section into 4-6 pieces and shape into oval shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until brown. Serve with hummus.
